Madison Yiddish Choir is a community choir with 20 members that welcomes new members as it begins a new season each fall. Begun in December 2000, the choir enjoys recapturing a Yiddish world through its music and will be exploring new music this year, primarily Yiddish music, but also a few other songs from other parts of the Jewish world and music with Jewish themes. The choir rehearses weekly on Sundays from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm at Beth Israel Center with conductor John Myslivicc.

The Yiddish Choir has several performances each year on public radio and community events.
